Luciana Paulise

Luciana Paulise (a.k.a. Lucy) is a leadership coach, speaker, book author, Founder of Biztorming Training & Consulting LLC and We Culture LLC. She is an MBA, ICF Professional Certified Coach, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Agile Coach and Scrum Master. She conducts research, advisory work and coaching on developing a culture of self-confidence. Her goal is to empower people, especially women, to unleash the strengths, gain self-confidence and overcome imposter syndrome and perfectionism. She has helped employees from a wide range of companies, from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. Luciana has recently published the book We Culture, 12 skills to growing teams in the future of work. Other books she published: 5S Your Life and SOS pymes. She is also a regular contributor for Forbes, Quality Progress and other international media outlets.

Luciana has served various non-profits as chair and advisor. She co-founded the SETX Hispanic Women’s Network, and participated in the ASQ, Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce, the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce and Dale Vida. 

Luciana is Argentinian, lives in Texas, USA and is bilingual English-Spanish.
